• Feature

The ultrasonic cleaning system consisting of common horn type transducer, sound energy density is about 0.3~0.5 W/cm², it's enough for general cleaning, but it's hard for some industries such as filters and spinnerets cleaning.

The energy-gathered ultrasonic cleaners use high power energy-gathered transducers, after amplification of amplitude and focus of energy, the sound energy density can reach 10~12 W/cm², greatly improve the cleaning effect.

Our composite ultrasonic cleaners are suitable for spinneret cleaning of special fiber like super fine denier, special-shaped hole and composite spinning series, energy-gathered ultrasonic cleaners applied to stainless steel sintered felt filter cleaning of silk and high viscosity polymer, etc. Anyway, for the different working coditions, we can provide the best cleaning solution for you.
